1. Acceptance

By accessing the site or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Our services

ArTechGarage offers custom apps, websites, WhatsApp AI systems, eBay product upload tools, restaurant digital solutions, business automation, and consulting. The website itself is informational. Paid projects are governed by a separate written service agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

3. Your obligations

When using the site or our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through our forms.
• Use the site to send spam or malicious code.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, code, graphics, and logo — belongs to ArTechGarage and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for clients (apps, websites, custom code) is defined in the separate service agreement for each project, typically transferring to the client upon final payment.

5. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from using our services or any information published here.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArTechGarage and Jackeline Ortiz are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that engagement in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ArTechGarage harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
